JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for managing Human Capital for the Project Management Office, enhancing employee productivity and efficiency. Leads the employment life cycle, from attracting and hiring the right employees to facilitating performance reviews and eventually processing terminations. Aligns human resources with business goals and objectives by ensuring all work done complies with TRSA policies, procedures and labour legislation. The incumbent is expected to travel as and when required. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager (Project Head).

- Employee performance management and evaluation
- Implementation of HR strategies
- HR administration
Minimum requirements
- Degree – Human Resources (Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations)
- 5 – 7 years HR experience, at least 2 years with increased responsibilities
- VIP Payroll experience
- Competence with Microsoft Office
