Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
1. Purpose
This policy outlines our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across all our digital platforms, including our mobile and web applications. It serves as a reference for users, partners, and regulators, ensuring our application remains a safe and lawful space for all.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all users, administrators, content moderators, developers, and third-party affiliates accessing or interacting with our services.
3. Policy Statement
We strictly prohibit any form of content, communication, activity, or behavior that involves or promotes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Child grooming or solicitation
- Sexual exploitation of minors
- Non-consensual sexual imagery or discussions involving children
Such content is not only unethical but is illegal under local and international law. We report all violations to relevant authorities such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), Interpol, and other child protection agencies.
4. Content Monitoring and Moderation
We utilize a combination of automated tools and manual review to detect and remove:
- CSAM images or videos
- Inappropriate text involving minors
- Attempts to contact or lure children for sexual purposes
We cooperate with AI-based tools like Google’s Content Safety API, Microsoft’s PhotoDNA, and other industry-standard detection mechanisms.
5. User Reporting and Escalation
We empower our community to report suspicious or harmful activity through in-app or website reporting tools. Reports involving CSAE are escalated immediately to our Trust and Safety Team and forwarded to appropriate law enforcement bodies.
6. Account Enforcement and Bans
Accounts found in violation of this policy will face immediate:
- Suspension or permanent ban
- Removal of all associated content
- Reporting to law enforcement agencies
- Blocking of IP and device access
7. Collaboration with Authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection organizations. We retain relevant data in accordance with legal guidelines and privacy regulations to assist in the prosecution of offenders.
8. Training and Internal Awareness
Our team receives regular training on CSAE detection, reporting, and trauma-informed handling of reports. We promote a culture of vigilance and proactive protection for children.
