JOB SUMMARY

The Department of Transport appointed Anthus Services 84 (Pty) Ltd, trading as TRSA, to manage the taxi scrapping
process for legitimate taxi owners for their ageing and unroadworthy minibus taxi vehicles. Furthermore, TRSA is to
create and execute commercial solutions that will enhance the financial sustainability of the minibus taxi industry.

 

 

We are looking for a meticulous and solutions-oriented individual to take on the role of Exceptions Verification Clerk. This role is key to ensuring flagged applications are reviewed thoroughly and resolved timeously in line with our quality and compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review applications that have been flagged due to missing, inconsistent, or suspicious information
• Investigate discrepancies by cross-checking supporting documents and system data
• Investigate and analyse the source of discrepancies in applications and work towards finding appropriate
resolutions
• Regularly provide updates and reports on exception cases, including the status, resolutions, and any ongoing
issues.
• Offer feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to streamline the exception handling process.

Minimum requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) – Compulsory
• Post-matric qualification in business process, business administration or similar an added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
