JOB SUMMARY
The Department of Transport appointed Anthus Services 84 (Pty) Ltd, trading as TRSA, to manage the taxi scrapping
process for legitimate taxi owners for their ageing and unroadworthy minibus taxi vehicles. Furthermore, TRSA is to
create and execute commercial solutions that will enhance the financial sustainability of the minibus taxi industry.
We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our TRF team as a Call Centre Agents. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are looking to kick-start their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Call Centre and Process Supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
• Provide product/service information to customers
• Capture and update customer details on the system
• Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Minimum requirements
• Matric (Grade 12) – Compulsory
• Post-matric qualification in business process, business administration or similar an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
