JOB SUMMARY

The Department of Transport appointed Anthus Services 84 (Pty) Ltd, trading as TRSA, to manage the taxi scrapping process for legitimate taxi owners for their ageing and unroadworthy minibus taxi vehicles. Furthermore, TRSA is to create and execute commercial solutions that will enhance the financial sustainability of the minibus taxi industry.

We are inviting suitable candidates to apply for the position of Applications Verification Clerk. This is opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about ensuring accuracy in administrative processes. This role will report to the Call Centre and Process Supervisor.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review and verify incoming applications for completeness and accuracy
    • Cross-check submitted documents against required criteria
    • Update and maintain applicant records on internal systems
    • Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up where necessary
    • Ensure compliance with company standards and data protection policies
    • Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders on the status of applications

Minimum requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12) – Compulsory
    • Post-matric qualification in business process, business administration or similar an added advantage
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Previous administrative experience will be advantageous
