JOB SUMMARY

The Department of Transport appointed Anthus Services 84 (Pty) Ltd, trading as TRSA, to manage the taxi scrapping process for legitimate taxi owners for their ageing and unroadworthy minibus taxi vehicles. Furthermore, TRSA is to create and execute commercial solutions that will enhance the financial sustainability of the minibus taxi industry.

We are seeking professional and service-driven individuals to fill the position of Client Service Agent, based at our key sites. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in client-facing environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional service on the ground.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • • Act as the first point of contact for all client queries at the site
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any site-specific issues
    • Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders and promote a positive company image
    • Cross-check submitted documents against required criteria
    • Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up where necessary
    • Ensure compliance with company standards and data protection policies

Minimum requirements

  • • Matric (Grade 12) – Compulsory
    • Post-matric qualification in business process, business administration or similar an added advantage
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
    • Able to work independently and manage site-based responsibilities
    • Previous experience in client-facing roles will be an advantage
