JOB SUMMARY
The Department of Transport appointed Anthus Services 84 (Pty) Ltd, trading as TRSA, to manage the taxi scrapping process for legitimate taxi owners for their ageing and unroadworthy minibus taxi vehicles. Furthermore, TRSA is to create and execute commercial solutions that will enhance the financial sustainability of the minibus taxi industry.
We are seeking professional and service-driven individuals to fill the position of Client Service Agent, based at our key sites. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in client-facing environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional service on the ground.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
• Provide product/service information to customers
• Capture and update customer details on the system
• Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Minimum requirements
-
• Matric (Grade 12) – Compulsory
• Post-matric qualification in business process, business administration or similar an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
