JOB SUMMARY

The Department of Transport appointed Anthus Services 84 (Pty) Ltd, trading as TRSA, to manage the taxi scrapping process for legitimate taxi owners for their ageing and unroadworthy minibus taxi vehicles. Furthermore, TRSA is to create and execute commercial solutions that will enhance the financial sustainability of the minibus taxi industry.

Job Overview

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join the Operations Department. The incumbent will be required to perform at minimum, the responsibilities listed below and will report to the Sites Operations Manager

.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include:

  • Is the point of escalation throughout the system application process, providing analysis, recommending solutions, resolving queries
  • Monitors compliance of operational processes
  • Input, prepare and/or present reports as and when required
  • Effectively utilize available systems and databases for purposes of analysis and resolution
  • Organize and maintain electronic records of data, sort and organize physical records of data as necessary

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • Post-matric qualification in business process, project management and/or operational management an added advantage
  • 5 years experience in office admin with progressive responsibilities
  • RSA Driver’s License at min Code B or EB manual vehicle
  • Computer literacy: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, Edge etc.,)
