The proposed shareholding distribution of the taxi scrapping entity (TRSA) responsible for implementing the RTRP, is 60% to the Mini and Midibus Taxi Industry and 40% to Anthus Services 84 (Pty) Ltd.  The proposed 60% shareholding is intended to benefit the entire minibus taxi industry.
